•Software manufacturer signs partner agreement with business and IT consulting firm to establish its BPM solutions in the Middle East.
•The goal is to gain new market share with S-BPM and establish S-BPM as the successor to the BPM systems currently present in the Middle East markets.
Pfaffenhofen, September 12, 2012 – Software manufacturer Metasonic is strengthening its activities in the Middle East via a partnership with the business and IT consulting firm Palma Consulting. Inspired by the fruitful Palm tree, from which its name is derived, Palma Consulting stands for excellence and generating value for its clients by becoming a service partner that answers to each client's unique needs. Palma Consulting addresses the concerns of C-level executives in: strategic development, operational excellence, change management, smart technology investment, and much more.
For this purpose, Metasonic offers its BPM suite, which is based on subject-oriented business process management (S-BPM). According to the manufacturer, this is a dynamic BPM solution for goal-oriented, continuous process optimization, from modeling all the way to integration. It improves the cost structure and provides optimal support for current market requirements, thus giving companies competitive advantages.
Subject-oriented business process management is considered by experts to be the successor to the BPM systems currently in use. The BPM Suite from Metasonic has already proven successful at numerous prestigious companies such as Audi, Fiducia IT, FI-TS, Hitachi Joho, NEC and Tesat (EADS). Only recently, experts of the renowned technology research firm Gartner included S-BPM in its current report* as a separate category, thus confirming that the approach represents the start of something new.
"It is becoming more and more important, even for companies in the Middle East region, to implement their processes as fast, efficiently and easily as possible," says Herbert Kindermann, CEO of Metasonic AG. "Accordingly, we see major potential for our successful S-BPM solutions, especially in growth regions like the Middle East." Kindermann points out that the expansion in the region is strategically significant: "In this way, we will secure additional market share for our S-BPM solutions."
For Peter Karg, Managing Partner for the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and India at Metasonic AG one thing is clear: "With the help of the Metasonic Suite, companies can manage their processes in real time and with even more simplicity than ever before." Thus they get a quick and higher ROI. Cost savings of at least 75 percent are possible.
Tamara Abdel-Jaber, co-founder and Executive Board Member at Palma Consulting explains that in Business Process Management assignments, we enable organizations through the design of smart operating models, we transform policies and procedures into effective business processes, and we build internal BPM centers of excellence through international BPM Governance concepts. Palma Consulting has the passion to help clients solve business problems, transform their operations and support them through implementation.
“With S-BPM from Metasonic, we will provide practical yet powerful process solutions.”
