Effective leadership leading successful teams
 | Khaled KilaniChairman of the Board Khaled is a true entrepreneur. He co-founded Palma and headed its board in 1997, making it his 25th successful business venture. During his 30+ years working in business systems, he was met with the tremendous gap between the outputs of the education systems in the Arab region and the skills required to empower local businesses. In his various ventures, he identified this gap and worked on closing it through continuous education and training of his teams.
